    Many thanks for the assistance you and your employees provided during my power outage last week. John re-routed circuits to keep my refrigerator running during the three day interruption in service and turned off the condenser to prevent damage in case of a power surge. Brian immediately identified the course of my failure as a missing band and talked directly with a PG+E service representative. The office staff kept me informed about scheduling and appointments. 

    I'm so grateful to all of you not only for your timely and professional service but also for the reassurance and peace of mind you gave me during the four days my power supply was compromised.
